Self-esteem involves becoming aware of ourselves and trusting our inner being to know what is right for us. With a strong sense of Self we do not allow others to define who we are.

The focus of this workshop is nurturing your self-esteem.
Like all my workshops it is experiential, conversational and empowering.
This workshop is not a webinar and you will get most out of it when you participate fully. My workshops are devised to expand your self-awareness. I firmly believe that self-awareness gives us conscious choice and in consciously choosing, we take responsibility for how we live our lives.
This workshop comprises of 8 weekly sessions with this first session lasting for 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions are 1 hour. And at the end of each session you have:
1. Reflective quotes to expand your mind
2. Journal prompts that encourage you to “get Self-ish” and shift your perspective.
3. Creative exercises to embody or anchor what you have learned about yourself in each session.
These reflective exercises and creative tasks come from a place of open-heartedness and encourage you to celebrate your individuality.
The power of you lies in the uniqueness of you. Some participants have called this workshop “a course”, but it is my hope that in the end you’ll take away transformative tools for life and something far more valuable and precious - Self-acceptance.
In this 8-week experiential workshop, you will learn how to build or rebuild your self-esteem. We’ll discuss what works for you personally, and support you with transformative techniques to help you grow more confident in yourself and your beliefs… You’ll explore how much you value your Self, and whether you connect with others from a place of your truth or from fear. You’ll learn ways you empower yourself and ways you give your power away.
