What’s in your wellbeing toolkit?
In this workshop, you will learn how to create your own individual wellbeing toolkit. We’ll discuss what works for you personally, and support you with transformative techniques to help you enhance and maintain your emotional wellbeing.
What you need to know
The format of this online workshop is a very small closed group.
Like all my workshops, it is experiential, empowering, and conversational.
This workshop lasts for 6 weeks and the sessions are weekly taking place on the dates stated.
At the end of each week you’ll be given a creative exercise and a journal prompt. I encourage you to work through these as they are practical “tools” for your self-care and emotional wellbeing. More about these when you participate.
No prior knowledge or experience is required.
You are invited to come with an open mind and a commitment to personal, creative, and spiritual growth.
Once payment has been made, you’ll be sent a Zoom link for the sessions. Please turn up on time as sessions are not recorded.

What you need to bring
An A4 notepad or a journal.
Colouring pens, brush-pens, crayons, or markers
How long is each session
First session: 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions: 60 minutes.
